The list in the right column contains items that are difficult or impossible to get here in Mongolia and that we consider worth the bother and expense to have shipped to us. This list and the shipping address are very printer friendly, and can be printed in simple text form by clicking on the "print" link at the top of the list. Also, if you are looking at this list online, you can follow some of the links to more detailed suggestions, such as specific books the kids would like to have, games that we already have and would like to have, or DVD movie titles we would like to have. These tips will help them and their contents to arrive safely:</div> <bR> <div> <IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Symb075c00b700c800000000.png" HEIGHT="13" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">Enclose dry goods that come in boxes or bags in an additonal ziploc or other type of plastic bag. </div> <div> <IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Symb075c00b700c800000000.png" HEIGHT="13" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">In general, contents enclosed in a plastic bag inside the box will be better protected if the box becomes torn or damaged.</div> <div> <IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Symb075c00b700c800000000.png" HEIGHT="13" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">Use sturdy cardboard boxes. The shipping is expensive, and many things that are quite heavy are simply not worth their weight to ship. At the same time, a number of valuable things that we would really appreciate are quite light in weight. (For example, we would consider it worth the cost to send a limited number of lightweight soup mixes, but we would not wish for people to pay to send canned soups). We realize that some items on our list are quite heavy, such as books, so we anticipate receiving less of these types of things than the lighter items. </div> <bR> <div> Thanks so much for your
